Hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00am - 6:00pm
The EMF box office at Triad Stage is also open one hour prior to performances for will-call and walk-up sales only. Triad Stage provides a box office associate for will-call and walk-up sales one hour prior to the performance at the appropriate venue during the EMF season.

Payment Options
The EMF box office at Triad Stage accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All sales are final. No refunds. Exchange privileges are only available to Season Subscribers.

Discounts
Eastern Music Festival encourages all members of the community to explore classical music and the arts. In turn, EMF offers various discount ticket opportunities to its concerts. Discounts include:
- 20% discount for groups of 10 or more (excludes special events)
- Discounts for seniors and full-time students (with valid ID - excludes special events)
- Family nights on Thursdays and Fridays! Adults bringing children (aged 12 and under) are eligible for reduced ticket prices – $5/adult, $1/child (limit two children per adult)
