RONNIE S. GRABON has been a supporter and avid member of the EMF Board of Directors for 5 years. Prior to that time, she assisted the EMF board during the selection process for EMF Executive Director, Chris Williams. Her involvement with EMF started with attending concerts on the lawn when she began visiting her family in Greensboro. As soon as she moved here, she became a regular attendee at the summer concert series.
In her professional life, Ronnie is an Executive Coach. Among other organizations, she maintains an affiliation with the Center for Creative Leadership where she provides coaching and facilitation in leadership programs as well as serving as a mentor coach for both manager coaches and professional coaches newly working with CCL.
Ronnie has a BA and MBA from Rutgers University. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
On a community level, in addition to EMF, she has served as an officer and on the board of Elsewhere, Triad Coaching Connection and other organizations.
Originally from New York, Ronnie worked in New York City for many years before relocating with her family to Greensboro, North Carolina. She enjoys hiking, gardening, kayaking and all types of music.
